This is the place where you can find tailored solutions to help you close your first, next, or biggest client yet.

I’m your host and Income Strategist, RJ Connell, and if you’re looking for expert strategies to help you build on your existing success then you, my friend, are in the right place! Turn up the volume and lean in, cause we’re about to get started!

Episode Content

Salutations, friend! It’s RJ here with a Quarter 3 update episode for you—a mini-sode if you will. We have a few changes happening over here in RJC Consulting that I want to share with you.

Friends, it’s quarter three, we have officially completed 6 months of 2020, and what had felt like the most hunger-games type of year in history lol.

I want to start this update by encouraging you to celebrate your wins. You have made it half the year and despite all the challenges, you have continued to move forward.

That’s worth celebrating, friend. I’m going to kick off this mini-sode by sharing with you a few of the wins we have had here at RJC Consulting over the last 6 months

We have expanded our team, from a team of 1 to a team of 5! This was a big change for me, but it has also been the reason we have been able to experience some of the following wins I’m about to share with you

We had our largest and most profitable months of the business in March and June of this year. Being in the middle of a pandemic, I do not take that kind of success for granted at all. In fact, it has been a motivator for me to help more consultants and experts like you even more so that your business can be positioned not only to survive but to thrive during challenging times

We have invested the most back into the business over these last 6 months than ever before. As much as it is great to have 5-figure months, we sometimes forget to share that the money going out is sometimes just as high. This year, we levelled up our foundation, with consulting to lawyers, reaching out to graphic designers, expanding our team, and preparing to roll out our corporate services. We have spent well over 5-figure investing back in the business.

That’s the reality of success. Growth has a price tag, but I am happy and extremely grateful that we can afford these changes. It reflects in our clients wins, in our ability to reach and serve more people and in the elevated experience we can now deliver.

And lastly—this podcast, this has been a place where I have had the opportunity to share my experience and expertise with you on a weekly basis for the last 4 months. For that, I am extremely grateful!

Whether or not you know it, you have been right alongside us for each of these wins, so thank you for hanging around, friend.

As we prepare for the latter half of the year, we are rolling out some changes to help us serve at our highest level. We are slowing down for a quick second, so we can speed back up full force!

Update #1

The first change you will notice is that The Profit Scale podcast will switch to bi-weekly episodes. This will allow us to plan ahead for the remainder of the year and ensure all the content we bring to you is relevant, actionable and industry-leading.

I absolutely love spending time here with you and want to assure you, we will be returning to weekly episodes in the near future, so stay tuned in.

Update #2

That being said, as a way to make sure we are staying in contact in between our weekly chats, I’m introducing a monthly money discussion called “Coin-versations”.

Each month, I will be hosting a live discussion for service-based entrepreneurs where we will dive deep into 1 focused topic around entrepreneurship and wealth. These discussions will be completely free and are geared towards helping entrepreneurs who are a part of the Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities.

Our first Coin-versation will take place this Saturday, June 11, 2020, at 10 AM Eastern time and our topic focus will be Generational Wealth! I will be sharing my own experiences with money as part of this conversation, as well as discussing the lies that are holding us back, and how we can build our businesses to support generation wealth that lives on long after we are gone.

There is no cost to register and attend. All I ask is that you fill out a short survey to help me learn more about your business once you are signed up and that you invite a BIPOC entrepreneur to attend.

I will be hosting a roundtable Coin-versation discussion each month, and you do not have to be a member of the Black, Indigenous or People of Color (BIPOC) community to attend.

In fact, it would be a great way for you to hear first-hand about entrepreneurship experiences that may look very different than yours and inform yourself on how you can ensure the business your building is a safe, diverse and inclusive space for all people.

Update #3

You may have heard me mention it before, but RJC Consulting will soon  be offering Corporate Services!

Our specialty is in Sales Operations and Training for corporations so if you are currently developing an inside sales team, growing your direct sales division, or expanding your sales department in general, we have solutions for you.

We go beyond sales training and ensure that from the moment a new sales team member is onboarded, they are equipped and trained in a way that allows your company to see the return on investment (ROI) as quickly as possible, while also making sure everyone is performing to the same high standards of excellence.

We train for both efficacy and efficiency, we develop Standard Operating Procedures and we provide live sales training for your entire team, including the leadership. So if you or anyone in your network is looking for Sales Operations Solutions, send them our way to corpservices@rjcconsulting.com.

Our next episode will be released on July 20th, and every 2 weeks from that point on. It would mean so much to me and the team if you would take the time to leave us a review.

I know you are busy, as an entrepreneur, but every review helps us reach more people and make generational wealth that are much more accessible through this podcast. Please click the link our bio to leave us a review on Itunes and a 5-star rating.
